针对电力行业智能仓储系统的实际应用情况,设计研发了一套机器人系统,重点研制了机器手专用卡具和三维视觉识别系统,解决了与上层系统的通信设计和与下层设备的控制设计等关键问题,实现了电能计量器具的智能化管理。该系统结构简单新颖,正式运行以来稳定可靠,对电力行业电能计量器具智能仓储系统的自动化水平和精益化管理具有重要意义。     

Who's in charge here? Co‐CEOs,power gaps,and firm performance

At the pinnacles of organizations, comparative tests of unity of command and shared command are nearly impossible because only one individual sits atop most organizations. In organizations led by co‐CEOs, however, such a test is possible because co‐CEOs can truly share power. But do they? Our research pits the unity‐of‐command principle against the shared‐command principle and finds overall support for the former, even within the co‐CEO context. Our sample of 71 co‐CEO pairs at publicly traded U.S. firms shows that increasing power gaps between co‐CEOs are positively associated with firm performance. This positive association wanes and turns negative, however, as power gaps become very large. We conclude that whatever benefits the co‐CEO structure might offer likely lie outside the shared command paradigm. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

战略性新兴产业民营企业创新动力评测与比较分析--纳入隐性制度安排视角

考虑到存在隐性制度安排视角下,企业创新动力评价指标多为定性指标和定量指标共同组成,且大多指标取值具有模糊不确定性的特征,本文基于模糊数学理论构造了民营企业创新动力多维关系矩阵,在此基础上,结合2005～2007年战略性新兴产业民营企业数据,运用模糊综合评价法建立民营企业创新动力模糊评价模型,从一个全新的角度检验了隐性制度安排对民营企业创新动力的影响程度和渠道。结果显示,中国战略性新兴产业民营企业创新动力水平呈现出区域非均衡性分布,制度环境特别是隐性制度环境在中国战略性新兴产业民营企业创新动力的生成和发展过程中扮演着关键的角色。在此基础上,为优化制度环境,本文提出了加强对政策性金融工具的监督,加强监督机制,完善政府采购法律法规,使政府采购公平公正,严格减免税批准审核机制的政策建议。     

营销渠道控制:理论、模型与研究命题

营销渠道控制是一个渠道成员对另一个渠道成员的行为与决策变量成功施加影响的过程。渠道控制的本质是对渠道成员(组织)的行为进行控制,同时它也是一种跨组织控制、相互控制(或交叉控制)和结果导向的行为过程。渠道控制根植于相互依赖的渠道关系中,因而它与渠道关系中的诸多变量存在着千丝万缕的联系。本文从西方渠道行为理论的视角出发,构建了一个渠道控制过程模型,并提出了若干研究命题。

The Political Economy of Mobility Partnerships – Structural Power in the EU's External Migration Policy

The research on European Union (EU) external relations and the EU's own official discourse frequently portray the EU as a soft power that provides its neighbourhood with good governance principles. The European Mobility Partnerships (EU MPs) can be considered the most recent manifestation of this rhetoric. Studies on EU MPs reflect a narrow understanding of power. This paper aims to contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of the power dimension inherent in the EU's external relations. It develops a neogramscian theoretical framework to challenge the rhetoric of the EU as a soft power and normative hegemon. Drawing on semi-structured expert interviews and textual analysis of documents, it seeks to reveal whether and in what ways socio-economic power dynamics shape the EU MPs. This article argues that while, at the beginning, the design of the EU MPs as a policy tool has been very much influenced by neoliberal ideas such as the market-oriented liberalisation of mobility and the flexibilisation of labour, implementation is marked by the neo-mercantilist approach of restricting immigration and maximising the efficiency of readmission. Applying a critical political economy concept of power is helpful in understanding how market forces influence EU external migration policy, transcending a narrow understanding of power.     

Taming the City? Ideas,Structural Power and the Evolution of British Banking Policy Amidst the Great Financial Meltdown

We are increasingly learning more about the contingencies and independent variables that shape the structural power of business and financial interests. This paper contributes to this research by analysing factors that led to weakening in the structural power of financial interests in the City of London in the aftermath of the 2007/2008 crisis. We focus on under-researched mediators of structural power dynamics, especially the context of action and the agency and ideas of state leaders. Prior to the crisis, closed regulatory policy and a prevailing discourse premised upon the notion of market efficiency, helped to reinforce the structural power of the UK banking and financial sector. After the crisis heightened politicisation, more assertive state leadership, and especially ideational revision, has increasingly challenged the power of the City. We illustrate this through an examination of the Independent Commission on Banking's proposals in relation to the ‘ring fencing’ of investment and retail banks.
